Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They set out the legal agreement between you and Trust Hosting (“we”, “us”, “our”), a web hosting provider based in Cairo, Egypt. By creating an account, paying an invoice, or using our website or services, you accept this agreement.

يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام بعناية. وهي تشكّل الاتفاق القانوني بينك وبين Trust Hosting («نحن») كمزوّد استضافة مقره القاهرة، مصر. بإنشاء حساب أو سداد فاتورة أو استخدام موقعنا أو خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على هذا الاتفاق.

These terms cover Trust Hosting sites, products, and services, including shared hosting, Cloud VPS, global VPS, dedicated servers, game servers, business email, SSL certificates, and domain registration. Additional product pages, order forms, and our Cancellation & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy form part of this agreement. If a specific service agreement applies, it prevails for that service where it conflicts with these general terms.

تغطي هذه الشروط مواقع ومنتجات وخدمات Trust Hosting، بما في ذلك الاستضافة المشتركة، والسحابة VPS، وVPS العالمي، والخوادم المخصصة، وخوادم الألعاب، وبريد الأعمال، وشهادات SSL، وتسجيل النطاقات. وتُعد صفحات المنتجات ونماذج الطلب وسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد وPrivacy Policy جزءاً من هذا الاتفاق. إذا وُجد اتفاق خدمة خاص، يُقدَّم على هذه الشروط العامة عند التعارض.

“You”, “your”, “user”, or “customer” means the person or company that accepts this agreement. We may update prices, features, or these terms by posting the change on our website. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a clause is unenforceable under Egyptian law, the rest of the agreement remains in force.

«أنت» أو «العميل» يعني الشخص أو الشركة التي تقبل هذا الاتفاق. قد نحدّث الأسعار أو الميزات أو هذه الشروط بنشر التغيير على موقعنا. استمرار الاستخدام بعد التغيير يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة. إذا تعذّر إنفاذ بند وفق القانون المصري، تبقى بقية الاتفاق سارية.

1. Eligibility and authority

1. الأهلية والصلاحية

The site and services are available only to users who can form a legally binding contract. By using Trust Hosting you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to contract, and not prohibited from receiving these services under Egyptian law or any other law that applies to you. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not have that authority, you are personally responsible for payment and other obligations. You are responsible for anyone who uses your account, whether or not you authorised them.

الموقع والخدمات متاحان فقط لمن يستطيع إبرام عقد ملزم قانوناً. باستخدام Trust Hosting تؤكد أنك تبلغ 18 عاماً على الأقل، وقادر قانوناً على التعاقد، وغير ممنوع من تلقي هذه الخدمات وفق القانون المصري أو أي قانون ينطبق عليك. إذا تتصرف باسم شركة، تؤكد أن لديك صلاحية إلزامها. إن لم تكن لديك هذه الصلاحية فأنت مسؤول شخصياً عن السداد والالتزامات. وأنت مسؤول عن أي شخص يستخدم حسابك سواء صرّحت له أم لا.

2. Accounts and data

2. الحسابات والبيانات

You must provide accurate, current account information and keep it updated. We may suspend or close an account if information is false or incomplete. You must protect your login, password, PIN, and payment details, and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for loss caused by unauthorised access that results from your failure to secure the account. Servers and support systems may be located in Egypt or other countries. By using the services you consent to processing and storing account and technical data in those locations as described in our Privacy Policy.

يجب تقديم بيانات حساب دقيقة وحديثة والمحافظة عليها. قد نوقف أو نغلق الحساب إذا كانت البيانات غير صحيحة أو ناقصة. عليك حماية بيانات الدخول وكلمة المرور ورمز PIN ووسائل الدفع، وإبلاغنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرّح. لا نتحمل خسارة ناتجة عن وصول غير مصرّح بسبب تقصيرك في تأمين الحساب. قد توجد الخوادم وأنظمة الدعم في مصر أو دول أخرى. باستخدام الخدمات توافق على معالجة وتخزين بيانات الحساب والبيانات التقنية في تلك المواقع وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

3. Fees, term, and automatic renewal

3. الرسوم والمدة والتجديد التلقائي

Fees are due when you order, unless we agree otherwise in writing. The initial term starts when the service is activated and is shown at checkout. You are responsible for all charges on the account. Third-party products billed with your service follow that vendor’s rules and our Refund Policy.

تُستحق الرسوم عند الطلب ما لم نتفق كتابياً على خلاف ذلك. تبدأ المدة الأولية عند تفعيل الخدمة وتظهر عند إتمام الشراء. أنت مسؤول عن جميع الرسوم على الحساب. منتجات الغير المفوترة مع خدمتك تخضع لقواعد ذلك المورّد ولسياسة الاسترداد لدينا.

Unless you cancel before the renewal date in the client area, services renew automatically for a similar term at the then-current rate (promotional prices do not automatically continue). We charge the payment method on file (PayPal, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or card). Keep that method valid. If a charge fails, we may retry or suspend the service. Cancel before midnight on the renewal date to avoid the next term. Refunds, if any, are governed only by the Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

ما لم تُلغِ قبل تاريخ التجديد من منطقة العميل، تُجدَّد الخدمات تلقائياً لمدة مماثلة بالسعر الساري حينها (الأسعار الترويجية لا تستمر تلقائياً). نحصّل من وسيلة الدفع المسجّلة (PayPal أو InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash أو البطاقة). أبقِ الوسيلة صالحة. إذا فشل التحصيل قد نعيد المحاولة أو نوقف الخدمة. ألغِ قبل منتصف ليل تاريخ التجديد لتجنّب المدة التالية. أي استرداد يخضع فقط لـسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد.

We may change plans and prices. For prepaid terms, new prices apply at the next renewal. We may add a maintenance fee for outdated or unsupported setups after notice; you may then cancel that service at term end without extra change fees, but prepaid amounts are not refunded except under the Refund Policy. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination without refund.

قد نغيّر الباقات والأسعار. للمدد المدفوعة مسبقاً تسري الأسعار الجديدة عند التجديد التالي. قد نضيف رسوم صيانة للإعدادات غير المدعومة بعد إشعار؛ يمكنك حينها إلغاء تلك الخدمة بنهاية المدة دون رسوم تغيير إضافية، والمبالغ المدفوعة مسبقاً لا تُسترد إلا وفق سياسة الاسترداد. مخالفة هذه الشروط قد تؤدي إلى الإيقاف أو الإنهاء دون استرداد.

4. Acceptable use

You must use Trust Hosting in line with Egyptian law, these terms, and any applicable service policy. You must not, and must not allow others to:

يجب استخدام Trust Hosting وفق القانون المصري وهذه الشروط وأي سياسة خدمة سارية. يُحظر عليك أو على من تستخدم الحساب:

• Host or transmit illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits minors. We have zero tolerance; accounts are terminated and we cooperate with law enforcement.
• Promote terrorism, violent extremism, hate organisations, or illegal weapons.
• Host pornography or escort/sexual-services listings on shared, VPS, or reseller plans where we prohibit it, or any adult content involving minors.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or phishing; harvest personal data without consent; spoof identities or headers.
• Hack, scan, flood, DDoS, malware, bots that abuse networks, or crypto-mining on shared or VPS plans.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other IP; run unlicensed pharmacies, illegal gambling, or fraud.
• Interfere with our network, copy our site or software except as we allow, or bypass security controls.
• Defame Trust Hosting with knowingly false statements intended to harm our reputation as a substitute for using support or lawful complaint channels.

• استضافة أو نقل محتوى غير قانوني، بما في ذلك مواد الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال. لدينا سياسة عدم تسامح؛ يُغلق الحساب ونتعاون مع جهات إنفاذ القانون.
• الترويج للإرهاب أو التطرف العنيف أو جماعات الكراهية أو الأسلحة غير المشروعة.
• استضافة الإباحية أو خدمات جنسية على باقات الاستضافة المشتركة أو VPS أو الريسلر حيث نحظر ذلك، أو أي محتوى بالغ يتعلق بقاصرين.
• إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو تصيّد، أو جمع بيانات شخصية دون موافقة، أو انتحال الهوية.
• الاختراق أو المسح أو هجمات حجب الخدمة أو البرمجيات الخبيثة أو تعدين العملات المشفّرة على الاستضافة المشتركة أو VPS.
• انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية، أو الصيدليات غير المرخّصة، أو القمار غير القانوني، أو الاحتيال.
• الإضرار بشبكتنا، أو نسخ موقعنا أو برمجياتنا دون إذن، أو تجاوز الحماية.
• تشويه Trust Hosting ببيانات كاذبة عن علم للإضرار بالسمعة بدلاً من استخدام الدعم أو القنوات القانونية.

We may require official ID to verify an account. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone previously terminated for abuse. You must not resell our services as your own platform without a written reseller arrangement.

قد نطلب إثبات هوية رسمي للتحقق من الحساب. قد نوقف أو نرفض الخدمة لمن أُنهي حسابه سابقاً بسبب إساءة الاستخدام. لا يجوز إعادة بيع خدماتنا كمنصة خاصة بك دون ترتيب ريسلر مكتوب.

5. Service availability

5. توافر الخدمة

We aim to keep services available 24/7, but they may be interrupted for maintenance, hardware failure, upstream network issues, attacks, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime except as a product page expressly states a service-level credit.

نسعى لإبقاء الخدمات متاحة على مدار الساعة، وقد تنقطع للصيانة أو عطل الأجهزة أو مشاكل الشبكة أو الهجمات أو ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة. لا نضمن وصولاً دون انقطاع ولا نتحمل توقف الخدمة إلا إذا نصّت صفحة المنتج صراحة على رصيد مستوى خدمة.

6. Credits, promotions, and free domains

6. الأرصدة والعروض والنطاق المجاني

Account credit, promotional credit, or a complimentary product is valid only as stated at the time of issue, typically up to one year, and may end if the related paid service is cancelled, transferred, or not renewed. Unused credit is not cash. If a hosting plan includes a free domain and you cancel within the period in the Refund Policy, we may deduct the domain cost we incurred from any refund. We may substitute an equivalent promotional item if the original offer is withdrawn.

رصيد الحساب أو العرض أو المنتج المجاني يسري فقط كما أُعلن عند منحه، عادة حتى سنة، وقد ينتهي إذا أُلغيت الخدمة المدفوعة المرتبطة أو نُقلت أو لم تُجدَّد. الرصيد غير المستخدم ليس نقداً. إذا تضمنت باقة الاستضافة نطاقاً مجانياً وألغيت ضمن مدة سياسة الاسترداد، قد نخصم تكلفة النطاق التي تحمّلناها من أي استرداد. قد نستبدل بنداً ترويجياً معادلاً إذا سُحب العرض الأصلي.

7. Beta features

7. الميزات التجريبية

Preview or beta features are provided “as is”, may fail, and should not be used for critical production unless you accept that risk. We may change or withdraw them. Feedback you give may be used to improve Trust Hosting. Beta features may have limited support.

الميزات التجريبية تُقدَّم «كما هي» وقد تفشل، ولا يُنصح باستخدامها للإنتاج الحرج إلا إذا قبلت ذلك المخاطر. قد نغيّرها أو نسحبها. ملاحظاتك قد تُستخدم لتحسين Trust Hosting. وقد يكون دعم الميزات التجريبية محدوداً.

8. Payments

8. المدفوعات

We accept the methods published at checkout, including PayPal, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and cards where enabled. Charges may be processed by our payment partners. Your bank or wallet provider may add FX or cash-out fees. Taxes may apply based on your billing address. You must keep a valid payment method for active services. We do not keep paper copies of every payment authorisation; you can review invoices and renewal settings in the client area.

نقبل الوسائل المعلنة عند إتمام الشراء، ومنها PayPal وInstaPay وVodafone Cash والبطاقات عند إتاحتها. قد تُعالج الرسوم عبر شركاء الدفع. قد يضيف بنكك أو محفظتك رسوم تحويل. قد تسري ضرائب حسب عنوان الفوترة. يجب الإبقاء على وسيلة دفع صالحة للخدمات النشطة. لا نحتفظ بنسخ ورقية لكل تفويض دفع؛ يمكنك مراجعة الفواتير وإعدادات التجديد من منطقة العميل.

9. Chargebacks

9. الاعتراض على الدفع

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact Trust Hosting in writing first. A chargeback or PayPal dispute may suspend the service until resolved. Reactivation requires settlement of valid amounts plus any processor or handling costs. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account closure and deletion of hosted data after our retention process. We may share evidence of authorisation and usage with the bank or PayPal. See also the Refund Policy.

إذا رأيت أن رسماً غير صحيح، راسل Trust Hosting كتابياً أولاً. قد يوقف Chargeback أو نزاع PayPal الخدمة حتى الحسم. إعادة التفعيل تتطلب تسوية المبالغ الصحيحة وأي تكاليف معالجة. الاعتراضات الاحتيالية قد تؤدي إلى إغلاق نهائي وحذف البيانات بعد إجراءات الاحتفاظ. قد نشارك ما يثبت التفويض والاستخدام مع البنك أو PayPal. راجع أيضاً سياسة الاسترداد.

10. Our rights to act on accounts

10. حقنا في التصرّف بالحسابات

We may suspend, lock, cancel, or transfer services (including domain actions required by a registry or court) to correct our errors, comply with law or court orders, investigate abuse, protect the network, respond to IP complaints, or prevent harm to Trust Hosting or other customers. We may limit accounts that exceed fair use of CPU, disk, or bandwidth and charge for overage where the plan allows it. Trust Hosting branding, software, and site content remain our property and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.

قد نوقف أو نغلق أو نلغي أو ننقل الخدمات (بما في ذلك إجراءات النطاق التي يطلبها السجل أو المحكمة) لتصحيح أخطائنا، أو الامتثال للقانون أو لأوامر قضائية، أو التحقيق في الإساءة، أو حماية الشبكة، أو الرد على شكاوى الملكية الفكرية، أو منع الضرر. قد نقيّد الحسابات التي تتجاوز الاستخدام العادل لوحدة المعالجة أو القرص أو النطاق ونحصّل الزيادة إن سمحت الباقة. تبقى هوية Trust Hosting وبرمجياتنا ومحتوى الموقع ملكاً لنا ولا تُنسخ للاستخدام التجاري دون إذن مكتوب.

11. Intellectual property complaints

11. شكاوى الملكية الفكرية

Do not use our services to infringe others’ rights. If you believe content on a Trust Hosting customer site infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice via our contact page with a description of the work, the URL, your contact details, and a statement that you are authorised to act. We will review notices under applicable Egyptian intellectual-property law and may disable content or terminate repeat infringers. We may inform the customer so they can respond.

لا تستخدم خدماتنا لانتهاك حقوق الغير. إذا رأيت أن محتوى موقع عميل لدى Trust Hosting ينتهك حقوقك، أرسل إشعاراً كتابياً عبر صفحة التواصل يصف المصنَّف والرابط وبياناتك وتصريحاً بأنك مخوّل بالتصرف. نراجع الإشعارات وفق قانون الملكية الفكرية المصري وقد نعطّل المحتوى أو ننهي حساب المخالفين المتكررين. وقد نُبلغ العميل ليرد.

12. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites we do not control. Their content, terms, and privacy practices are their responsibility. Using those sites is at your risk.

قد يحتوي موقعنا على روابط لمواقع لا نديرها. محتواها وشروطها وخصوصيتها مسؤوليتها. استخدامها على مسؤوليتك.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

13. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود التعويض

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Trust Hosting disclaims implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Support advice is operational, not legal or financial advice. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits or data) arising from use or interruption of the services, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence where applicable). Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.

تُقدَّم الخدمات «كما هي» و«حسب التوافر». وفي أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المصري، تخلي Trust Hosting مسؤوليتها عن الضمانات الضمنية للملاءمة لغرض معيّن وعدم الاعتداء. نصائح الدعم تشغيلية وليست استشارة قانونية أو مالية. لا نتحمل الخسارة غير المباشرة أو التبعية (بما في ذلك الربح أو البيانات الفائتة) الناشئة عن الاستخدام أو الانقطاع، إلا المسؤولية التي لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً. ويُحد إجمالي مسؤوليتنا عن مطالبة بما دفعته لنا عن الخدمة المتأثرة خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Trust Hosting, its staff, and partners against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your customers, your products, your breach of this agreement, or your infringement of third-party rights, including copyright. This survives termination.

تتعهد بالدفاع عن Trust Hosting وموظفيها وشركائها وتعويضهم عن المطالبات والأضرار وتكاليف التقاضي المعقولة الناشئة عن محتواك أو عملائك أو منتجاتك أو إخلالك بهذا الاتفاق أو انتهاكك لحقوق الغير، بما في ذلك حقوق المؤلف. ويبقى هذا الالتزام بعد إنهاء الخدمة.

15. Spam and network abuse

15. الرسائل المزعجة وإساءة الشبكة

Unsolicited bulk email or fax advertising from or advertising a site on our network is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund. We may investigate complaints and require a written cease-and-desist and a reactivation fee before restoring a suspended mailbox or site. If actual damage is hard to calculate, you agree that a reasonable pre-estimate of harm is EGP 50 (or equivalent) per spam message connected with your account, without limiting other remedies.

يُحظر البريد أو الفاكس الإعلاني الجماعي غير المطلوب من شبكتنا أو للترويج لموقع عليها، وقد يؤدي إلى إنهاء فوري دون استرداد. قد نحقق في الشكاوى ونطلب تعهداً كتابياً ورسوم إعادة تفعيل قبل استعادة صندوق البريد أو الموقع. إذا تعذّر حساب الضرر الفعلي، توافق على أن تقديراً معقولاً للضرر هو 50 جنيهاً مصرياً (أو ما يعادله) لكل رسالة مزعجة مرتبطة بحسابك، دون تقييد سبل الانتصاف الأخرى.

16. Export controls and sanctions

You must not use Trust Hosting to violate Egyptian, UN, or other applicable sanctions or export rules. You must not provide our services to a prohibited person or destination. You will indemnify us for fines arising from your breach of this clause.

لا يجوز استخدام Trust Hosting لخرق عقوبات مصر أو الأمم المتحدة أو قواعد التصدير السارية. لا تقدّم خدماتنا لشخص أو جهة محظورة. وتعوّضنا عن الغرامات الناشئة عن إخلالك بهذا البند.

17. Local law

17. القانون المحلي

You are responsible for whether our services are lawful in the country from which you access them. Do not use the services where they would be illegal.

أنت مسؤول عن مدى قانونية خدماتنا في البلد الذي تدخل منه. لا تستخدم الخدمات حيث تكون غير قانونية.

18. Unused account credit

18. رصيد الحساب غير المستخدم

If an account holds unused credit for three years or more with no active service, we may attempt to contact you and then close the credit in line with applicable Egyptian rules on dormant balances, after deducting reasonable administration costs not exceeding the remaining credit.

إذا بقي رصيد غير مستخدم ثلاث سنوات أو أكثر دون خدمة نشطة، قد نحاول التواصل معك ثم نغلق الرصيد وفق القواعد المصرية للأرصدة الراكدة، بعد خصم تكاليف إدارية معقولة لا تتجاوز الرصيد المتبقي.

19. Entire agreement, changes, and headings

19. الاتفاق الكامل والتعديلات والعناوين

This agreement, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and policies published on our site are the complete agreement and replace prior discussions. Headings are for convenience only. We may amend these terms by posting on the website; continued use is acceptance. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of later breaches.

هذا الاتفاق وسياسة الاسترداد وسياسة الخصوصية والسياسات المنشورة على موقعنا هي الاتفاق الكامل وتحل محل أي نقاش سابق. العناوين للتوضيح فقط. قد نعدّل هذه الشروط بالنشر على الموقع؛ والاستمرار في الاستخدام قبول. والتنازل عن إخلال لا يعني التنازل عن إخلال لاحق.

20. Governing law and disputes

20. القانون الواجب التطبيق وتسوية النزاعات

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court to protect the network or intellectual property. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a billing or service issue in good faith. English and Arabic versions may be published; if they conflict, the Arabic version prevails for proceedings in Egypt unless we both agree otherwise in writing.

يخضع هذا الاتفاق لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. وتختص محاكم القاهرة اختصاصاً حصرياً، مع جواز طلب إجراءات مستعجلة أمام أي محكمة مختصة لحماية الشبكة أو الملكية الفكرية. يُرجى التواصل مع الدعم أولاً لمحاولة حل خلاف الفوترة أو الخدمة بحسن نية. قد تُنشر نسختان بالعربية والإنجليزية؛ وعند التعارض تسود العربية في الدعاوى بمصر ما لم نتفق كتابياً على خلاف ذلك.

21. Assignment and third parties

21. التنازل والغير

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it to a successor that continues the hosting business. This agreement does not create rights for anyone other than you and Trust Hosting.

لا يجوز لك التنازل عن هذا الاتفاق دون موافقتنا الكتابية. ويجوز لنا التنازل لخلف يستمر في نشاط الاستضافة. ولا يُنشئ هذا الاتفاق حقوقاً لأي شخص غيرك وغير Trust Hosting.
