This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services purchased from Trust Hosting (Cairo, Egypt). It applies to web hosting, Cloud VPS, global VPS, game servers, dedicated servers, business email, SSL certificates, and domain services sold on our website.

To request a refund, contact us from your client area or the contact page before the account is closed, and include your order or invoice number. Eligible refunds are normally returned to the original payment method (PayPal, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or card) when the processor allows it.

• Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals once submitted to the registry (if registration fails, we cancel or refund that charge).
• SSL certificates once issued.
• Dedicated servers (bare metal), because capacity is reserved and prepared for your order.
• Control-panel licenses, custom software install fees, and third-party add-ons billed with your service.
• Administrative fees, setup fees stated as non-refundable on the product page, and unused account credit / add-funds deposits.
• Plans bought with a promo code, special discount, or limited-time offer, unless we state otherwise in writing.
• Additional hosting orders on the same account after the first qualifying package (for example, three VPS services used for 20 days then a refund request for all of them).
• Payments made with cryptocurrency, tokens, or other digital assets, because those transfers cannot be reversed and rates change quickly.

• الباقات المشتراة بكود خصم أو عرض خاص ما لم نؤكد خلاف ذلك كتابياً.
• طلبات الاستضافة الإضافية على نفس الحساب بعد أول باقة مؤهلة (مثل ثلاثة خوادم VPS استُخدمت 20 يوماً ثم طلب استرداد للجميع).
• الدفع بالعملات المشفّرة أو التوكنات أو الأصول الرقمية لأن التحويل لا يُعكس وأسعارها تتغير بسرعة.

The 30-day money-back offer applies only to the first qualifying package on a billing account less than 30 days old, unless a product page states a different guarantee.

Shared Hosting

Full refund of hosting fees if you cancel within the first 30 days of activation on monthly or annual shared hosting. Multi-year terms (two or three years) are not eligible. A yearly plan renewed for another year may be refunded for that renewal charge if you cancel within 30 days of the renewal date. If a complimentary domain was included and you cancel within the first year, we deduct the domain cost we paid (plus any tax) from the refund.

استرداد كامل لرسوم الاستضافة عند الإلغاء خلال أول 30 يوماً من التفعيل للباقات الشهرية أو السنوية. الباقات متعددة السنوات (سنتان أو ثلاث) غير مؤهلة. عند تجديد باقة سنوية يمكن استرداد رسوم ذلك التجديد إذا ألغيت خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ التجديد. إذا كان النطاق مجانياً مع الباقة وألغيت خلال السنة الأولى، نخصم تكلفة النطاق التي دفعناها (وأي ضريبة) من مبلغ الاسترداد.

Cloud VPS and global VPS

You may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund of the first VPS package on a new account. Refunds are not available for yearly, two-year, or three-year VPS terms. Account credit used on VPS is not returned in cash after the service has been used; remaining credit may still be applied to other Trust Hosting services.

يمكنك الإلغاء خلال أول 30 يوماً لاسترداد كامل لأول باقة VPS على حساب جديد. لا يُسترد الاشتراك السنوي أو لسنتين أو ثلاث. رصيد الحساب المستخدم على VPS لا يُعاد نقداً بعد استخدام الخدمة؛ ويمكن استخدام الرصيد المتبقي في خدمات Trust Hosting الأخرى.

Game servers

Game hosting follows the same 30-day money-back rule as qualifying VPS, for the first package only. After 30 days, or for additional game servers on the same account, refunds are not available.

تتبع استضافة الألعاب قاعدة الـ 30 يوماً نفسها كـ VPS المؤهل، لأول باقة فقط. بعد 30 يوماً أو للخوادم الإضافية على نفس الحساب لا يتوفر استرداد.

Dedicated servers

Dedicated servers are provisioned and reserved for your order. Refunds are not available when canceling any billing term of a dedicated server, unless we cannot deliver the server you purchased.

Business email

Business email may be refunded within 30 days of first activation if it is the first qualifying service and mailboxes have not been used in a way that prevents reversal (for example, large outbound campaigns already sent). After 30 days, email plans are non-refundable.

يمكن استرداد بريد الأعمال خلال 30 يوماً من أول تفعيل إذا كان أول خدمة مؤهلة ولم يُستخدم البريد بما يمنع التراجع (مثل حملات إرسال كبيرة تمت بالفعل). بعد 30 يوماً لا يُسترد.

Domains and SSL

النطاقات وSSL

Domain and SSL products are processed with registries and certificate authorities. Once a domain is registered or transferred, or an SSL certificate is issued, those fees are not refundable. Failed orders that never complete are refunded or cancelled.

تُنفَّذ النطاقات وSSL عبر السجلات وجهات الشهادات. بعد تسجيل النطاق أو نقله أو إصدار الشهادة لا تُسترد الرسوم. الطلبات التي تفشل ولا تكتمل تُسترد أو تُلغى.

You may turn off upcoming renewals from the client area before the next billing date. Stopping a renewal prevents future charges; it does not refund the current paid term unless this policy’s money-back rules apply.

يمكنك إيقاف التجديدات القادمة من منطقة العميل قبل تاريخ الفوترة التالي. إيقاف التجديد يمنع الرسوم المستقبلية ولا يسترد المدة المدفوعة الحالية إلا إذا انطبقت قواعد ضمان الاسترداد في هذه السياسة.

Trust Hosting accepts PayPal, InstaPay, and Vodafone Cash as published on the site. Refund timing depends on the provider. If a reversal to InstaPay or Vodafone Cash is not possible, we may offer Trust Hosting account credit for the approved amount as an alternative. We process approved refunds as promptly as the payment channel allows, typically within several business days after approval.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a Trust Hosting charge is wrong, write to us first so we can review the invoice together. Opening a PayPal dispute or card chargeback without contacting support may suspend the related service until the case is resolved. Reactivation requires settlement of valid outstanding amounts. A chargeback can also incur processor handling fees, which may be billed to you if the dispute is not upheld.

إذا رأيت أن رسماً من Trust Hosting غير صحيح، راسلنا أولاً لمراجعة الفاتورة. فتح نزاع PayPal أو Chargeback دون التواصل مع الدعم قد يوقف الخدمة حتى يُحسم الأمر. إعادة التفعيل تتطلب تسوية المبالغ المستحقة الصحيحة. وقد تُضاف رسوم معالجة من جهة الدفع إذا لم يُقبل النزاع.

Clear fraud chargebacks may result in permanent account closure and deletion of hosted data after we follow our retention process. We may provide the bank or PayPal with evidence that the purchase was authorized and the service was used. Please contact support before reversing a payment so we can avoid unnecessary interruption, extra fees, and data loss.

الاعتراضات الاحتيالية الواضحة قد تؤدي إلى إغلاق الحساب نهائياً وحذف البيانات المستضافة وفق إجراءات الاحتفاظ لدينا. وقد نقدّم للبنك أو PayPal ما يثبت أن الشراء مصرّح به وأن الخدمة استُخدمت. يُرجى التواصل مع الدعم قبل عكس دفعة لتجنّب انقطاع غير ضروري ورسوم إضافية وفقدان بيانات.
