This offer is addressed to individuals and companies (“Customer”) who use Trust Hosting digital services. Egyptian law applies, including Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 where personal data is processed. Where GDPR or similar foreign rules apply to a specific user, we will respect the rights those rules grant.

يُوجَّه هذا العرض إلى الأفراد والشركات («العميل») الذين يستخدمون خدمات Trust Hosting الرقمية. يسري القانون المصري، بما في ذلك قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151 لسنة 2020 عند معالجة البيانات الشخصية. وحيث ينطبق GDPR أو قواعد أجنبية مشابهة على مستخدم معيّن، نحترم الحقوق التي تمنحها.

1. Definitions

• Trust Hosting — the provider of the website and services, based in Cairo, Egypt.
• Customer / you — the person or company that accepts this offer.
• Services — shared web hosting, Cloud VPS, global VPS, dedicated servers, game servers, business email, SSL certificates, domain registration and related paid extras shown at checkout.
• Account / profile — the client-area login used to manage products, invoices, domains, websites, and mailboxes.
• Control panel — the web (and any API) interface after authentication.
• Data — files, sites, mail, and other content you store or process on the Services.
• Tariff — the published price for a plan or add-on.
• AUP — acceptable-use rules in the Terms and Conditions.
• Force majeure — events beyond a party’s reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, government acts, major network outages, or epidemics).

• القوة القاهرة — أحداث خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة (بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية أو الحرب أو قرارات الحكومة أو انقطاع الشبكة الجسيم أو الأوبئة).

2. Subject and how the contract is formed

We provide paid access to the Services you select, and free access only where a plan expressly includes a trial. Registration requires a valid email and account details; we may send an activation link. The contract starts when you accept these pages and the service is activated (or when you first use it, if earlier). The contract has no fixed end date; each product runs for the term on the invoice and renews as described in the Terms unless you cancel. Changes to this offer are published on the website. If you disagree with a change or a new tariff, you must stop using the affected service and notify us.

نقدّم وصولاً مدفوعاً إلى الخدمات التي تختارها، ووصولاً مجانياً فقط إذا نصّت الباقة صراحة على فترة تجريبية. يتطلب التسجيل بريداً صالحاً وبيانات حساب؛ وقد نرسل رابط تفعيل. يبدأ العقد عند قبولك لهذه الصفحات وتفعيل الخدمة (أو عند أول استخدام إن كان أسبق). لا نهاية محددة للعقد ككل؛ وكل منتج يسري للمدة المبينة في الفاتورة ويُجدَّد كما في الشروط ما لم تُلغِ. تُنشر تعديلات هذا العرض على الموقع. إذا لم توافق على تعديل أو تعريفة جديدة، يجب إيقاف الخدمة المتأثرة وإبلاغنا.

3. Customer obligations

• Pay invoices on time using PayPal, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or another method we publish.
• Give accurate identity and billing data and keep it updated.
• Use the Services lawfully; do not host illegal, harmful, or infringing content or disrupt the network (see the Terms / AUP).
• Keep passwords secret and tell us of unauthorised access.
• Cooperate reasonably so we can deliver support and investigate abuse.
• Back up your Data unless a paid backup product states we are responsible for a defined restore.

• تقديم بيانات هوية وفوترة دقيقة والمحافظة عليها.
• استخدام الخدمات بشكل قانوني؛ وعدم استضافة محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو معتدٍ أو تعطيل الشبكة (انظر الشروط / سياسة الاستخدام).
• حفظ كلمات المرور وإبلاغنا بأي وصول غير مصرّح.
• التعاون بقدر معقول لتقديم الدعم والتحقيق في الإساءة.
• النسخ الاحتياطي لبياناتك ما لم ينص منتج نسخ مدفوع على مسؤوليتنا عن استعادة محددة.

4. Trust Hosting obligations

• Provide the ordered Services with reasonable skill and care.
• Apply reasonable security measures (access control, firewalls, updates) as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Offer support through the client area, tickets, and the contact channels we publish.
• Make reasonable efforts to restore platform-level backups we keep for operations; this is not a substitute for your own backups unless you buy a backup add-on.
• Keep confidential information received from you, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to provide the Service.

• تقديم الخدمات المطلوبة بعناية ومهارة معقولتين.
• تطبيق إجراءات أمن معقولة (ضبط وصول، جدار ناري، تحديثات) كما في سياسة الخصوصية.
• تقديم الدعم عبر منطقة العميل والتذاكر وقنوات التواصل المعلنة.
• بذل جهد معقول لاستعادة النسخ التشغيلية للمنصة؛ وهذا لا يغني عن نسخك أنت ما لم تشترِ إضافة نسخ احتياطي.
• المحافظة على سرية المعلومات التي نتلقاها منك، إلا حيث يفرض القانون الإفصاح أو يلزم لتقديم الخدمة.

We do not acquire ownership of your domain names or website content. We perform technical functions only.

لا نكتسب ملكية نطاقاتك أو محتوى مواقعك. نؤدي وظائف تقنية فقط.

5. Our right to suspend or change service

5. حقنا في الإيقاف أو تغيير الخدمة

We may limit, change, or end a paid service when the paid term expires, or sooner if: payment is overdue beyond the grace shown on the invoice; you give false data or do not respond to a verification request within a reasonable time (including 24 hours when security requires it); you use the Service for illegal activity or in a way that harms other customers; a competent authority or rights holder requires action; or we detect activity that threatens the platform or your Data. We may publish tariff or procedure changes on the website, normally at least 15 calendar days before they apply to new cycles. If your usage exceeds the plan, we may ask you to upgrade.

يجوز تقييد الخدمة المدفوعة أو تغييرها أو إنهاؤها عند انتهاء المدة المدفوعة، أو قبل ذلك إذا: تأخّر السداد عن المهلة المبينة في الفاتورة؛ أو قدّمت بيانات غير صحيحة أو لم ترد على طلب تحقق خلال وقت معقول (بما في ذلك 24 ساعة عندما يقتضي الأمن ذلك)؛ أو استخدمت الخدمة لنشاط غير قانوني أو بما يضر عملاء آخرين؛ أو طلبت جهة مختصة أو صاحب حق إجراءً؛ أو رصدنا نشاطاً يهدد المنصة أو بياناتك. قد ننشر تغييرات التعريفة أو الإجراءات على الموقع، عادة قبل 15 يوماً تقويمياً على الأقل من سريانها على الدورات الجديدة. إذا تجاوز استخدامك الباقة قد نطلب الترقية.

6. Your rights

You may require delivery of the Services as ordered, receive information about plans and extras, ask for technical help, and send complaints or suggestions. Refunds follow the Refund Policy only.

يجوز لك المطالبة بتقديم الخدمات كما طُلبت، والحصول على معلومات الباقات والإضافات، وطلب المساعدة التقنية، وإرسال الشكاوى أو الاقتراحات. والاسترداد وفق سياسة الاسترداد فقط.

7. Price and payment

7. السعر والسداد

Fees are those shown at checkout (subscription, setup, and add-ons). Price changes apply to future cycles after notice; you may cancel before the next term if you reject a new price. Payment is due on activation and then on each due date (monthly, yearly, or as invoiced). You are responsible for applicable taxes. Payments go first to overdue amounts, then to current fees. Late payment may lead to suspension after the published grace period; we are not liable for loss caused by that suspension. Pay through the client area using the methods we list. See the Terms for automatic renewal.

الرسوم هي الظاهرة عند إتمام الشراء (الاشتراك والإعداد والإضافات). تسري تغييرات السعر على الدورات القادمة بعد الإشعار؛ ويمكنك الإلغاء قبل المدة التالية إن رفضت سعراً جديداً. يُستحق الدفع عند التفعيل ثم في كل تاريخ استحقاق (شهري أو سنوي أو حسب الفاتورة). وأنت مسؤول عن الضرائب السارية. تُخصَّص الدفعات أولاً للمتأخّر ثم للرسوم الحالية. التأخير قد يؤدي إلى الإيقاف بعد المهلة المعلنة؛ ولا نتحمل خسارة ناتجة عن ذلك الإيقاف. ادفع من منطقة العميل بالوسائل التي ندرجها. راجع الشروط بشأن التجديد التلقائي.

8. Force majeure

8. القوة القاهرة

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by force majeure. The affected party should notify the other in writing as soon as practical (target: within 7 days of becoming aware). Obligations pause for a reasonable period while the event continues. If it lasts more than 30 days after notice, either party may terminate in writing; you pay only for Services actually provided up to termination. Force majeure is not a breach and does not by itself create a damages claim.

لا يُسأل أي طرف عن تأخير أو إخفاق بسبب قوة قاهرة. يُخطر الطرف المتأثر الآخر كتابياً في أقرب وقت عملي (هدف: خلال 7 أيام من العلم). تتوقف الالتزامات لمدة معقولة طالما استمر الحدث. إذا تجاوز 30 يوماً بعد الإخطار جاز لأي طرف الإنهاء كتابياً؛ وتدفع فقط مقابل ما قُدّم حتى الإنهاء. القوة القاهرة ليست إخلالاً ولا تُنشئ وحدها مطالبة بتعويض.

9. Liability

9. المسؤولية

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent Egyptian law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss (including lost profit or data) from outages, attacks, delays, or software defects, except liability that cannot be excluded (including fraud). Direct liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim, unless the law requires more. You are responsible for password misuse. Disputes should first go through support; remaining disputes are for the courts of Cairo under Egyptian law (see the Terms).

لا نضمن خدمة بلا انقطاع أو بلا أخطاء. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون المصري، لا نتحمل الخسارة غير المباشرة (بما في ذلك الربح أو البيانات الفائتة) الناتجة عن التوقف أو الهجمات أو التأخير أو عيوب البرمجيات، إلا المسؤولية التي لا يجوز استبعادها (بما في ذلك الغش). وتُحد المسؤولية المباشرة عن مطالبة بما دفعته عن الخدمة المتأثرة خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة، ما لم يوجب القانون أكثر. وأنت مسؤول عن إساءة استخدام كلمة المرور. تُعرض النزاعات أولاً على الدعم؛ وما يتبقى تختص به محاكم القاهرة وفق القانون المصري (انظر الشروط).

10. Term, amendment, and termination

Each product term starts on acceptance/activation and renews automatically unless you cancel in the client area before renewal, as in the Terms (including any notice period shown there). Material amendments to this offer are posted on the website. We may end a service for convenience at the end of a paid term after notice, or immediately for material breach (non-payment, illegal use, or Terms violation) or if you become unable to meet financial obligations. On termination you stop using the Service and pay amounts due up to that date. Confidentiality, IP, limitation of liability, and payment clauses survive.

تبدأ مدة كل منتج عند القبول/التفعيل وتُجدَّد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغِ من منطقة العميل قبل التجديد، كما في الشروط (بما في ذلك أي مهلة إخطار مبينة هناك). تُنشر التعديلات الجوهرية لهذا العرض على الموقع. يجوز إنهاء خدمة للملاءمة بنهاية مدة مدفوعة بعد إشعار، أو فوراً لإخلال جوهري (عدم السداد أو استخدام غير قانوني أو مخالفة الشروط) أو إذا تعذّر عليك الوفاء مالياً. عند الإنهاء تتوقف عن الاستخدام وتسدّد المستحق حتى ذلك التاريخ. وتبقى بنود السرية والملكية الفكرية وحدود المسؤولية والسداد سارية.

11. Severability and notices

If a clause is invalid, the rest remains in force and is read to match the original intent as far as Egyptian law allows. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of later ones. Notices may be sent to the email on your account or posted in the client area; keep that email current.

إذا بطل بند بقيت البقية سارية وتُفسَّر بما يقارب القصد الأصلي في حدود القانون المصري. والتنازل عن إخلال لا يسري على إخلال لاحق. يجوز إرسال الإخطارات إلى بريد الحساب أو عبر منطقة العميل؛ أبقِ البريد محدّثاً.
