This Privacy Policy explains how Trust Hosting (“we”, “us”), a hosting provider based in Cairo, Egypt, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our website, client area, or services (shared hosting, Cloud VPS, global VPS, dedicated servers, game servers, business email, SSL, and domains).

By creating an account or using the services you agree to this policy together with our Terms and Conditions. We do not sell your personal information. This policy applies to Trust Hosting only, not to third-party sites we link to.

بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام الخدمات توافق على هذه السياسة مع Terms and Conditions. لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية. تسري هذه السياسة على Trust Hosting فقط، وليس على مواقع الغير التي نربط إليها.

1. Who we are

The data controller for account, billing, and website data is Trust Hosting, Cairo, Egypt. Email: info@trusteg.org. Phone: +20 100 447 3777. For data you place on a hosting, VPS, email, or similar service (your websites, mailboxes, and files), you are the controller and Trust Hosting acts as a processor on your instructions, except where we must process data to run, secure, or bill the platform.

Our services are for users aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have such data, we will delete it. If you use Trust Hosting for a company, you confirm you may bind that company to this policy.

خدماتنا لمن يبلغ 18 عاماً أو سن الرشد في محل إقامته. لا نجمع عن علم بيانات أطفال. إذا علمنا بوجودها نحذفها. إذا استخدمت Trust Hosting لحساب شركة، تؤكد أنك مخوّل بإلزامها بهذه السياسة.

We collect information you give us and information generated when you use the platform:

• Account and identity: name, company name, email, phone, address in Cairo or elsewhere, username.
• Billing: invoices, payment status, and limited payment references from PayPal, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or card processors. We do not store full card PAN on our servers when a processor handles the charge.
• Service data: products ordered, domains, server hostnames, support tickets, and chat or email with our team.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, login times, and security logs needed to operate and protect the network.
• Cookies: session and preference cookies for login, language, currency, and cart; we may use similar tools to understand how the public site is used.

• الحساب والهوية: الاسم، اسم الشركة، البريد، الهاتف، العنوان، واسم المستخدم.
• الفوترة: الفواتير وحالة الدفع ومراجع محدودة من PayPal أو InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash أو معالج البطاقة. لا نخزّن رقم البطاقة كاملاً على خوادمنا عندما يتولى المعالج التحصيل.
• بيانات الخدمة: المنتجات المطلوبة والنطاقات وأسماء الخوادم وتذاكر الدعم والمراسلات.
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP والمتصفح والجهاز وأوقات الدخول وسجلات الأمان اللازمة لتشغيل الشبكة وحمايتها.
• ملفات تعريف الارتباط: جلسة وتفضيلات لتسجيل الدخول واللغة والعملة والسلة؛ وقد نستخدم أدوات مشابهة لفهم استخدام الموقع العام.

Staff do not browse the files on your hosting account as a matter of routine. Access is limited to providing the service, fixing faults you request, billing, security, or legal duty.

لا يتصفح الموظفون ملفات حساب الاستضافة بشكل روتيني. يقتصر الوصول على تقديم الخدمة أو إصلاح عطل طلبته أو الفوترة أو الأمن أو واجب قانوني.

4. How we use information

• To create and manage your account, deliver hosting and domains, and process renewals.
• To take payment, issue invoices, and handle refunds under our Refund Policy.
• To provide support and notify you about service, security, or policy changes.
• To protect the network against abuse, fraud, spam, and attacks.
• To improve the website and client area.
• To send service messages; marketing email only where allowed and with a way to opt out.

• تحصيل الدفع وإصدار الفواتير ومعالجة الاسترداد وفق سياسة الاسترداد.

We share personal data only as needed:

• Payment providers (PayPal, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and card processors).
• Domain registries, registrars, and SSL authorities to complete your order.
• Infrastructure and security vendors that host or protect the platform.
• Professional advisers (for example accountants or lawyers) under confidentiality.
• Authorities when required by Egyptian law, a court order, or to protect rights, safety, or the network.

We do not sell mailing lists. Third-party websites you visit from our pages have their own policies.

Essential cookies keep you logged in, remember language and currency, and run the shopping cart. You can block cookies in your browser; some features (especially login) may then fail. We do not use cookies to sell your identity to advertisers.

ملفات الارتباط الأساسية تُبقيك مسجّلاً وتتذكر اللغة والعملة وتشغّل السلة. يمكنك حظرها من المتصفح؛ وقد تتوقف ميزات مثل تسجيل الدخول. لا نستخدمها لبيع هويتك للمعلنين.

7. Hosted content (your websites and mail)

You keep ownership of content you upload. We do not claim a marketing licence over your private sites or password-protected data. We process that content only to provide hosting, backups we offer, abuse handling, and legal compliance. You must have the rights to the content you host. You are responsible for backups unless a paid backup product says otherwise. We may access, preserve, or disclose account or hosted data if required by law or if reasonably necessary to enforce our terms, answer a rights complaint, provide support you request, or protect Trust Hosting, our users, or the public. We may keep system backups for a limited time after deletion.

تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي ترفعه. لا ندّعي رخصة تسويقية على مواقعك الخاصة أو البيانات المحمية بكلمة مرور. نعالج ذلك المحتوى فقط لتقديم الاستضافة والنسخ الاحتياطي الذي نقدّمه ومعالجة الإساءة والامتثال القانوني. يجب أن تملك حقوق ما تستضيفه. وأنت مسؤول عن النسخ الاحتياطي ما لم ينص منتج نسخ مدفوع على خلاف ذلك. قد نصل إلى بيانات الحساب أو المحتوى المستضاف أو نحتفظ بها أو نفصح عنها إذا طلب القانون ذلك أو إذا كان ذلك لازماً لإنفاذ شروطنا أو الرد على شكوى حقوق أو تقديم دعم طلبته أو حماية Trust Hosting أو المستخدمين أو الجمهور. وقد نحتفظ بنسخ نظامية لمدة محدودة بعد الحذف.

8. Monitoring

We do not pre-read every website. We may review traffic, logs, and, where justified, content to keep the platform secure, stop spam or attacks, investigate abuse, or meet a legal request. Repeat or serious violations may lead to suspension and deletion of data as described in the Terms.

لا نقرأ مسبقاً كل موقع. قد نراجع الحركة والسجلات، والمحتوى عند وجود مبرر، لحماية المنصة ووقف الرسائل المزعجة أو الهجمات أو التحقيق في إساءة أو تلبية طلب قانوني. المخالفات المتكررة أو الجسيمة قد تؤدي إلى الإيقاف وحذف البيانات كما في الشروط.

9. International transfers

Some systems, payment partners, or infrastructure may be outside Egypt. Using Trust Hosting means your account and technical data may be processed in those countries. We take steps appropriate to the risk, including contracts with providers. If you are in the EU/EEA or another region with extra rules, we will apply additional safeguards where those laws require them (for example standard contractual clauses with a processor).

قد توجد بعض الأنظمة أو شركاء الدفع أو البنية خارج مصر. استخدام Trust Hosting يعني أن بيانات حسابك والبيانات التقنية قد تُعالَج في تلك الدول. نتّخذ إجراءات تناسب المخاطر، بما في ذلك عقود مع المزوّدين. إذا كنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو منطقة بقواعد إضافية، نطبّق ضمانات إضافية حيث يتطلب القانون ذلك (مثل البنود التعاقدية القياسية مع معالج).

10. Legal bases (Egypt and other laws)

We process personal data under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and other rules that apply to us, typically: to perform our contract with you; to meet legal and tax duties; for legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention; and with consent where we rely on it (for example some marketing). Where GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws apply to a specific person or processing, we will respect the rights those laws grant, including access, correction, deletion (with legal exceptions), objection, and withdrawal of consent.

نعالج البيانات الشخصية وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020 والقواعد الأخرى التي تنطبق علينا، عادةً: لتنفيذ العقد معك؛ وللالتزامات القانونية والضريبية؛ وللمصلحة المشروعة مثل الأمن ومنع الاحتيال؛ وبالموافقة حيث نعتمد عليها (مثل بعض التسويق). وحيث ينطبق GDPR أو CCPA أو قوانين مشابهة على شخص أو معالجة معيّنة، نحترم الحقوق التي تمنحها، بما في ذلك الوصول والتصحيح والحذف (مع الاستثناءات القانونية) والاعتراض وسحب الموافقة.

11. Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about your account, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where the law allows, and a copy in a reasonable format. You may object to certain processing or withdraw consent for marketing. We will respond within a reasonable period and no later than the time required by applicable law. Email info@trusteg.org from the address on your account and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity. We may keep data needed for invoices, disputes, security, or legal retention even after an account is closed.

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بحسابك، وتصحيح غير الدقيق، والحذف حيث يسمح القانون، ونسخة بصيغة معقولة. يمكنك الاعتراض على معالجة معيّنة أو سحب الموافقة على التسويق. نرد خلال مدة معقولة وبما لا يتجاوز ما يفرضه القانون. راسل info@trusteg.org من بريد الحساب واشرح الطلب. قد نتحقق من هويتك. وقد نحتفظ بما يلزم للفواتير أو النزاعات أو الأمن أو المدد القانونية حتى بعد إغلاق الحساب.

12. Security

We use HTTPS on the client area, access controls, firewalls, updates, and backups as part of operating the platform. No internet service is perfectly secure. Use a strong unique password, enable extra account protection where we offer it, and do not share logins. You must also secure the software you install on your hosting or VPS.

نستخدم HTTPS في منطقة العميل وضوابط وصول وجداراً نارياً وتحديثات ونسخاً احتياطية كجزء من تشغيل المنصة. لا توجد خدمة إنترنت آمنة بالكامل. استخدم كلمة مرور قوية وفريدة، وفعّل حماية إضافية إن وُجدت، ولا تشارك بيانات الدخول. وعليك أيضاً تأمين البرامج التي تثبّتها على الاستضافة أو VPS.

13. Domain names (ICANN)

13. أسماء النطاقات (ICANN)

If you register a domain through Trust Hosting, your registrant data is processed as required by the registry and ICANN (or the relevant ccTLD manager, including Egyptian domains where applicable). Trademark disputes may follow UDRP, URS, or local rules. Transfers between registrars follow the gaining registrar’s process and registry policy. We publish or pass WHOIS/RDAP data only as those rules require.

إذا سجّلت نطاقاً عبر Trust Hosting، تُعالَج بيانات المسجّل كما يطلب السجل وICANN (أو مدير نطاق الدولة، بما في ذلك النطاقات المصرية عند الانطباق). نزاعات العلامات قد تخضع لـ UDRP أو URS أو قواعد محلية. النقل بين المسجّلين يتبع إجراءات المسجّل المستلم وسياسة السجل. وننشر أو نمرّر بيانات WHOIS/RDAP فقط كما تفرض تلك القواعد.

14. Changes

We may update this policy by posting it on our website. The “last updated” date will change. Material changes may also be emailed to the address on your account. Keep that address current. Continued use after the update means you accept the new policy, except where the law requires extra consent.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة بنشرها على الموقع مع تغيير تاريخ «آخر تحديث». التغييرات الجوهرية قد تُرسل أيضاً إلى بريد الحساب. أبقِ البريد محدّثاً. استمرار الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني قبول السياسة الجديدة، إلا حيث يطلب القانون موافقة إضافية.
